Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what Anonymous Voice processes, why it is needed and how users can manage their data.

1. Responsible operator

The service is operated by Anonymous Voice. For privacy questions, contact us on Telegram: @so0meone1.

2. Data we process

Discord identifiers

Discord user ID, application ID, guild ID, channel ID and the technical username when a user voluntarily shares contact details.

Matching preferences

Gender, age group, region, languages and requested partner preferences. Users provide this information and it is used for mutual matching.

Session state

Search status, session ID, assigned helper bots, start and end times, end reason and technical connection events.

Moderation

Blocks, reports, participant identifiers, violation category, comments and review outcome when those functions are used.

Website data

Server logs may contain IP address, user agent, request time and errors. The website does not enable advertising analytics or optional tracking cookies by default.

3. Voice data

Helper bots receive voice packets and relay them to the partner. The service does not create permanent conversation recordings and does not use voice content for advertising or model training.

Temporary processing in memory and network buffers is required for the relay and ends when the connection closes.

4. Purposes

  • Service delivery: rooms, matching, relay and session management.
  • Safety: abuse prevention, blocks, diagnostics and infrastructure protection.
  • Legal compliance: responding to valid legal requests.
  • Optional features: one-way contact sharing initiated by the user.

5. Automated matching

The service automatically compares mutual gender, age, region and language settings. The result determines only technical compatibility for a conversation. Users can change filters or stop searching at any time.

6. Recipients

Data may be processed by Discord, hosting providers, network infrastructure and technical contractors only as needed to operate the service. It may also be disclosed to authorised authorities when a valid request applies.

The operator does not sell personal data to advertisers.

7. Retention

  • Active Redis search and conversation states are deleted after the session ends or expires.
  • Voice packets are not retained as a permanent recording.
  • User preferences remain until changed, deleted or removed during inactive-data cleanup.
  • Server settings remain while required for operation.
  • Reports and blocks may be retained as long as necessary for safety and repeat-abuse prevention.
  • Technical logs are deleted or aggregated when no longer needed.

8. Security

Measures include access separation, isolated secret storage, data minimisation, restricted process permissions and error logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Minors

The service is not intended for users below the platform minimum age or below 13. Minor and adult queues are separated, but age is not verified with documents.

10. User rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. A Discord user ID and proof of account ownership may be required to locate and protect the record.

11. Changes

This Policy may be updated when features, providers or processing practices change. The current effective date is shown at the beginning.

12. Contact

The single contact for service and privacy questions is Telegram: @so0meone1.
