Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the Anonymous Voice Discord bot, website, commands, voice relay and helper bots.

1. Acceptance

By adding the bot to a server, using its commands, opening the user panel or joining a conversation, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you act for a server or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

2. Service description

Anonymous Voice provides anonymous voice matching between Discord users. It creates or uses private voice channels, compares mutual filters and relays voice through separate helper bots.

The service is not an official Discord product. Use of the Discord platform remains subject to the platform’s own rules.

3. Age and eligibility

Users must meet the minimum age required by the platform and applicable law and must never be younger than 13. Age groups are self-declared and are not verified with identity documents.

Adult and minor queues are technically separated. Circumventing age restrictions or intentionally providing a false age is prohibited.

4. Meaning and limits of anonymity

Anonymity means that the service does not show your Discord profile, server or normal voice channel to the partner. It does not guarantee absolute unidentifiability: voice, voluntarily shared information and technical identifiers may allow identification.

Contact information is disclosed only through a voluntary one-way action by the user.

5. Helper bots

Separate helper bots are required for voice relay. A server administrator must install enough helper applications and grant the required access. A shortage of free helpers may temporarily prevent searching.

6. Acceptable use

Threats, harassment, stalking, sexual exploitation, grooming, illegal content, fraud, impersonation, spam, block evasion and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.

You may not interfere with the bot, extract tokens or configuration, create excessive load, bypass queue limits or automate mass searches.

7. Voice and recording

The service is not designed to record conversations and does not store voice streams as audio files. Voice is processed transiently for delivery to the partner. Users must not record or publish a conversation without a lawful basis and any required consent.

8. Moderation and restrictions

The operator may review reports, apply blocks and restrict access after a violation, security risk, lawful requirement or infrastructure abuse. The operator does not continuously listen to conversations.

9. Availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. It depends on Discord Voice, network connectivity, hosting, MySQL, Redis and the helper pool. Delays, outages and feature changes may occur.

10. Intellectual property

The code, design, brand elements and documentation of Anonymous Voice belong to the operator or are lawfully used. Third-party platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for partner conduct, voluntary disclosure of personal information, conversation content, third-party outages or indirect loss. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

12. Ending access

A user may stop using the service by leaving the room. An administrator may remove the bot from a server. The operator may suspend access after a violation, safety risk or discontinuation of the project.

13. Changes

These Terms may be updated when features, laws or technical requirements change. The current effective date is shown at the beginning of the document.

14. Applicable law

The relationship is governed by the laws that mandatorily apply to the operator and the user. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be limited by contract.
